Miguel is a best selling author, serial entrepreneur, influencer and a passionate cook!

He was born in Camden New Jersey and spent most of his adolescence in Portsmouth Virginia. Raised by his grandmother, he learned early how food and love goes hand and hand. He was taught from her that food was like love and feeding and preparing food for others was a genuine form of expressing love. Family, Friends and everyone who knows Miguel, loves his incredible energy and his passion for cooking.  His entrepreneurial spirit keeps him on the go but that never stops him from finding time to cook for family and friends. It's hard to believe that Miguel has never been to culinary school, but what he lacks in traditional training he more than delivers in passion, impressive presentation and in mouth watering flavor.

 

Miguel is a globe trotter and has travelled to over 75 countries. While his professional career has focused primarily in Global Business Development and in Marketing, a lot of his spare time is definitely spent in the kitchen. His cookbook He's Got Flavor has graced the Amazon's Best Sellers List frequently and celebrities, professional athletes and influencers have sought out Miguel's cooking skills, to bring the FLAVOR at various events!
