Here's What You'll Need TO MAKE BEEF SHORT RIBS

  • Olive Oil (as needed)

  • Kosher Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 Pack beef short ribs (Flanken) - roughly 8 - 10 ten pieces

  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)

  • 1 medium onion (medium to large chopped)

  • 1 12 oz bottle of Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Glaze by House of Flava


*Let meat sit at room temperature 15-20 minutes before cooking.*

  1. Coat both sides of the beef short ribs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a medium to large size skillet over medium heat (preferably a cast iron pan)

  3. Lay ribs in the pan leaving space to avoid crowding and sear ribs for 1 to 2 minutes, on each side until they have a nice brown color.

  4. Transfer to a plate or holding pan until batches are complete. Next, use the same pan to saute peppers and onion for about 2-3 minutes until they are fragrant, and have a nice color. (try not to over-cook)

  5. While sauteeing vegetables, cut the short ribs into 2-3 inch sections.

  6. Add the sectioned ribs back into the pan with the vegetables and pour the sauce evenly overtop.

  7. Mix, and simmer on low for 5-7 mins. Serve with rice, noodles, or whatever you prefer, and ENJOY!!
